We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Orders with express shipping will be prioritized and processed first.
Whilst we try our best to get all orders out promptly, the above timeframe is a general guideline which is subject to delays during holiday, sales or busier periods.

We offer a flat rate shipping, depending on your location.
As well, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $49 (automatically applied at checkout).The below timeframes do not include order processing times.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
- Your order may be subject to import duties, customs and/or taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches it's destination country. They are imposed by the relevant authorities in the destination country and Somiy is not responsible for these charges, in the event they are applied. We have no control over the amount charged and these extra charges are not included in the checkout total on our website.
DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT
- All items are inspected carefully during packing to ensure they are in perfect condition before we ship it to you. Once the parcel has been forwarded to our shipping carrier, Somiy is not responsible for any damages or loss that may occur during transit.
- We are unable to refund lost parcels. If you think that your parcel may be lost, please contact us at support@somiy.com and we will do our best to help you locate it. As the customer or receiver, you will be responsible for filing any claims with the shipping carrier.
SHIPPING DETAILS
- Please ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are correct. Somiy will not be held liable for unsuccessful shipments due to incorrectly inputted addresses.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
- Items that are available for pre-order will be stated in the description on the product's page. It will be shipped out according to the estimated shipping date on that page. That date may subject to delays that are unfortunately beyond our control.
- If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it will be shipped together once all items are available.
