Refund policy

At SOMIY, every piece is checked carefully before it leaves our studio.
Because our products are worn close to the skin, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
However, if there is a problem with your order, we are here to help and offer a 30-day free replacement service.

Please read the policy below before contacting us.

1. 30-Day Free Replacement

We offer a 30-day free replacement service on all SOMIY pieces when they are used and cared for normally.

If you notice damage or a defect with your item, please email us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days of delivery.
For items that arrive damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can report this to the carrier.

To start a replacement request, email:

support@somiy.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (we can’t help without photos)
  • A short description of what went wrong and when you noticed it

If we confirm that your item is defective under normal use, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
If the same piece is out of stock, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the amount you originally paid for that item.

What is not covered by the 30-day free replacement:

  • Broken wire or chain caused by being pulled, caught or bent out of shape
  • Chipped, cracked or broken pearls, beads or stones due to impact
  • General wear and tear, including items that have been twisted, snapped or heavily scratched
  • Normal fading or oxidation of plating over time

Please follow our care guide to help prevent damage and keep your pieces looking their best.

2. Change of Mind

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind, including:

  • You ordered the wrong style, size or colour
  • You decide you no longer want the item after receiving it

Please choose carefully and feel free to contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by law:

  • All earrings and ear cuffs (including clip-ons)
  • Mystery gifts and free gifts
  • Items purchased on sale or with discount codes
  • Digital products such as gift cards

4. Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Within 7 days of delivery, email support@somiy.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of what you received
  • Details of the missing or incorrect item

We will correct the order as quickly as possible.
