CARING FOR OUR CLIPS
Our clear clips are flexible and can be gently bent to fit onto your lobe. Please take extra care when bending and putting them on. Too much pressure may break or deform the clip.
TIP FOR WEARING OUR CLIP-ONS:
Attach the clip to the thinnest part of your lobe before sliding it to it's preferred position.
SHOWERING OR SWIMMING
Our stainless steel pieces are tarnish-resistant and can withstand water, however the beauty of clip-on jewellery is that it can be easily removed! Hence we strongly recommend that you remove your clip-on earrings and ear cuffs before showering or swimming, to avoid losing them and to prolong their life and shine.
Most of our ear cuffs are sterling silver which allows them to be adjustable. Sterling silver does not have the same water-resistant properties as stainless steel and should be removed before showering or swimming.
PERFUME AND MAKEUP
Avoid contact with perfume, makeup and other harsh chemicals that may damage the gold-plating. Small habits like spraying your perfume before wearing your clip-on earrings or ear cuffs, will make the world of a difference in the long run.
EXERCISE AND SWEAT
Remove your clip-on earrings before exercise to avoid losing them. Excessive sweat may also damage the gold-plating.
STORAGE
Store your pieces in your keepsake Somiy jewellery box or pouch. Ensure it is kept in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.
CLEANING
